Egg FinderFunction introduction
"You'll never grow old, Teacher," said Paul. "You are one of the fortunate mortals who have found and drunk from the Fountain of Youth,--you and Mother Lavendar. See here! When you're married I WON'T call you Mrs. Blythe. To me you'll always be `Teacher'--the teacher of the best lessons I ever learned. I want to show you something.""You cannot realise how delighted I am to be here, Mrs. Blythe," he said, looking around him with eager, interested eyes. "I have an odd feeling of coming home. My mother was born and spent her childhood here, you know. She used to talk a great deal to me of her old home. I know the geography of it as well as of the one I lived in, and, of course, she told me the story of the building of the house, and of my grandfather's agonised watch for the Royal William. I had thought that so old a house must have vanished years ago, or I should have come to see it before this."

Stumbling into a mysterious machine at the lab where he works has stripped him of skin and flesh, leaving behind an animated skeleton.

In Spooky Pooky, you must traverse the facility’s dangerous halls to recover your blood and organs.

Those organs act as power-ups that provide special abilities as well as unfortunate disadvantages. Lungs will allow Horatio to swim underwater, but also make him susceptible to drowning. A heart boosts his strengths, but extended use can lead to a heart attack.

A spleen provides increased protection against damage; a brain allows Horatio to activate machines. You may even find non-human organs that result in bizarre side-effects.

You'll need to combine the functions of various organs to solve puzzles and explore new areas, as well as defeat the lab's automated defence system and its array of lasers, robots, escaped genetic experiments, and irritated monkeys.

Spooky Pooky will release on iOS either late this year or in early 2016; a PC/MAC/Linux version is planned afterwards and the developer also hopes to release on Android

You can follow Spooky Pooky's progress on Twitter and in the game’s TIGSource devlog.

K5 Games and ARRI Media are teaming up to release ANON, an AR-based puzzling stealth game for iPhone and Android, sometime in May this year.

ANON begins in an unknown apartment with a dead woman beside you - and the police on the way. You soon come into contact with "Anon" and the organisation who can help you.

It's a tie-in for the film of the same name, directed by Andrew Niccol, who also directed Gattaca and In Time.

You'll have the usual object puzzles and challenges to overcome, but the game seeks to increase your interaction through the AR element, which will allow you to move throughout the environment organically, looking around corners, or viewing what's written on a piece of paper by moving your phone.

The premise behind the game is promising, particularly given Niccol's background as a filmmaker.

The tie-in aspect is potentially a little off-putting, especially since the game allows players to share screenshots of brand logos to obtain in-game currency, but if this winds up being minimally invasive, it could be an exciting puzzler.

The game is set to release sometime in May for both iPhone and Android, and we'll update as we hear more details.
The destined ill she must herself assay?

The Boy BathingUpdated on October 8th at 12:55: It turns out The Trip is also available on the Google Play Store. It's just as free as it is on iOS, and you can grab it via this link [download].
Original story follows...

The Trip is a pretty simple endless runner with a couple of tricks up its sleeve. It's also free, and it looks lovely, so you don't really have anything to lose by giving it a go.

You control a little camper van that's scooting across a hand-drawn landscape. Tapping makes you jump. At least it does to start with. Crystals fall from the sky and grabbing them changes what your tap does.

You might get a power-up that lets you extend into the air on a spring-like structure, or one that lets you fly, Flappy Bird-style, for a little while.

It adds a bit of a frisson to proceedings, and means you need to be on your toes because your van can change into something new at any time.

There's a bit of frustration threaded through proceedings, but for a free game, you can't really complain. The Trip is worth a look if you're after a new endless runner that does things slightly differently.
